- A laundry is available in the building free of charge
- No parking spaces assigned to the unit, but 9 free parking spaces available in front of the residence and 5 free parking spaces on the street.
- A concierge service is available 24/7 and in physical form at the reception (see schedule in front of the office)
A cleaning is done before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep our apartment in a suitable state.
